SPS is an innovative start-up company founded by a group of people with decades of experience and success in the biomedical field.
Our aim is to develop advanced prostheses in the sector of spinal surgery using a multidisciplinary approach.
Spinal prostheses have been characterized up to now by a slow moving technological evolution, where the innovation has been mainly based on small differences in shapes and introduction of new materials.
SPS proposes a new standard of innovation based on an up-to-date scientific approach with the most advanced techniques of bioengineering, physics, biology, materials science and nanotechnology as the way to follow to tackle all those critical patients’ conditions that may result in un-optimal outcome.

The aim of SPS is to provide physicians with new spinal prostheses able to help them advancing the today’s treatment of their patients, including the most complex and challenging ones, in order to level the clinical outcome of all of them to the highest standard.
